Voxdez Oy is a Helsinki-based consultancy founded on a simple conviction: the best AI systems are designed, not just engineered. We operate at the intersection of agentic AI and human-centered design, helping organizations build autonomous systems that people actually trust and use.

Laura Meskanen-Kundu
Co-Founder · Design
Designer of products, interactions, and experiences. Laura brings a rare combination of design leadership and front-end development fluency, enabling seamless communication between design intent and technical implementation.
Her work spans design systems, service design, and UX research across complex enterprise environments. At Trimble, she contributed to the Modus Design System, building flexible, atomic-design-based components adopted company-wide. As a service designer, she has mapped multi-year processes with 24+ stages and 13+ user types, turning organizational complexity into actionable blueprints.

AI/ML consultant focused on designing and building agentic systems, software that can reason, plan, and act in real-world environments. Sachin helps organizations move from experimentation to production-grade AI, adopting emerging agentic tooling to transform how software is built.
With over 15 years in software engineering, including 6 years at Microsoft solving machine learning and large-scale data problems, founding a robotics company, and research at Aalto University, he brings deep technical range and a vendor-neutral perspective. His focus: systems that are not only capable, but controllable, interpretable, and usable in practice.
